All orders are shipped using the tracked and signed-for service with Royal Mail.

Please note that any additional custom fees, duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer. Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. All orders placed are usually dispatched within 5 working days, stock permitting.
We are happy to offer a refund on any unsuitable items within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in resalable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return parcel and exclude all shipping costs unless an error has been made by us.
We don't currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the below instructions and reorder the correct item or size separately.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email us at email@example.com for the return address and to obtain your returns authorization number stating your name and order number.
Please note, postage charges for returning goods to us are your responsibility. We strongly recommend you ask for proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
